Another Nagi winner. So tasty and all those veggies!!! Loved using the beef rib meat in this way- will now be my go to for beef stirfries. Family loved it and all want me to make it again. BTW my hubbie saw you at the Perth Food and Wine show, he was stoked when you turned and waved after he called out your name.

Made the Korean Noodles this past weekend. Only two changes: Lo-mein noodles because I live in rural VA and “exotic” ingredients are hard to come by! Also subbed lamb for the beef, because I was also making your 12hr lamb shoulder (AGAIN!) and just cut of a bit.
This recipe is a killer. SOOOO good. Scaled down to a single serving is still a very generous meal.
