My wife was doubtful when I said we would be having steamed fish for dinner. I bought saddle tail snapper and wrapped up the parcels. Baked the fish with mirin and opened the parcels, topped the fish with green onion, ginger and sliced red chilli, poured in the sesame oil and light soy, then tipped in hot vegetable oil and served. Big tick, Easy and quick recipe that will go with a swag of other Recipe Tin Eats in the repertoire. Extra good.
