And it’s well balanced with a carb and veg. I did choose to add red pepper to the veggies and minced ginger to the sauce, though. I wanted a bit of that freshness and tang in the sauce!

We added some chilli crisp for flavour as it was a touch bland. The chilli crisp made it perfect.
It was really easy to make, I’m making it again tonight but with chicken mince because that’s what we have 😊
