Made this as a side for various others things and then accidentally ate the entire thing as my lunch instead, oops. Who knew potato salad could be a delicious thing and not an afterthought!

Great recipe! Have made it twice as above (minus celery), but also a vegetarian version with sweet corn + topped with fried halloumi, and finally a vegan version with crispy chickpeas + sundried tomatoes. Wonderful! Everyone loved it!

Just spent the day making this wonderful new receipe. Followed the receipe exactly. The flavour is amazing, I am leaving it overnight in fridge, as tomorrow I am cooking a lamb on a spit roast. Great addition to the day and food. Another great receipe Nagi. Michelin restaurants are unable to compare of your simple cooking entourage.
