Here’s a list of requested recipes that I have published. These are listed with the most recent recipes published at the top.

More to come! Lots, lots, lots more…. – Nagi x
I spend an inordinate amount of time deciding which recipes to share.
My biggest problem is that there are so many recipes I want to share, things that get me doing the jiggy because it’s so good but then before I dash off to film and photograph the recipe, I pause and think – will my readers get excited about this too?? Will they really go and try this?
It’s always interesting when I publish a new recipe to see how many people read it. After 4 years of blogging (that’s middle aged in Internet terms!), you’d think I’d be able to get it right 100% of the time.
And mostly, I can.
I knew you’d love the Sticky Honey Mustard Drumsticks and go bonkers over the Pad Thai and Tikka Masala. I didn’t expect you’d be clamouring for the Quiche Lorraine or Avocado Dip, and I guessed right.
But other times, you surprise me! I did not expect such an amazing response to the Homemade Pastrami from last Friday, nor that the Garlic Butter Kale Rice would become such a firm favourite!
And after all those hours of contemplating what recipes I think you want, it finally dawned on me: Why don’t I ask you??
DUH!
And so, here we are. Finally – because it took me so ridiculously to arrive at this point – FINALLY I’m asking you:
Drop your requests in the comments section below!
Be as specific or as general as you want. I just ask 2 simple things:
Please do a quick little Search to see if I’ve already shared it!
No banana anything! It’s the only normal thing I can’t stand. Awful, smelly, slimy things that they are!?
{UPDATE: Scroll to the top for a list of requested recipes that I have published!}
I obviously can’t promise that I’ll share every recipe requested, being that I’m just one person who does need to sleep on occasion! But I’ll certainly share the most requested ones, and I’ll regularly pop back here when I’m planning my recipe calendar.
Hairdresser appointments are always extremely productive – I get my highlights and make recipe videos. Dozer gets his pats.

]]>A special gift for my readers – my Asian Takeout recipe book!!
🎉🎉🎉HAPPY NEW YEAR!!!🎉🎉🎉
And….
SURPRISE!!
A late Christmas present / Happy New Year gift for my readers – my Asian Takeout eCookbook!
A couple of months ago, I put up a vote for the theme for the next free eCookbook. Oh bugger, wait a sec. I just checked….and it was waaaay more than a couple of months ago, it was back in August when I put the vote up.
Let me start again.
Thank you for your patience while I put the e-cookbook together!! 😂 The long awaited next free e-cookbook is here – ta da!!!! A free e-cookbook jam packed with Asian Takeout recipes, 42 of them to be exact. All your favourites, from Fried Rice to Spring Rolls/Egg Rolls, Laksa to Chow Mein and Pad See Ew, neatly packaged up in one handy dandy e-Cookbook!
The recipes in the cookbook are on my website, but it’s nice to have them collated in one e-Cookbook, don’t you think? Some of the recipes are a bit summarised (I’ve been told that I can ramble on sometimes and there’s no room for that in a cookbook! 😂) so if you want the full details, notes and for many of them, a recipe video, just pop over here to read the full recipe.
I offer free e-cookbooks as a thank you when people join my email list. Joining my email list is entirely free, it just means that you get an email from me when I publish a new recipe.
You’d be surprised (or maybe not!) how many suspicious emails I get from people before they join my email list, thinking I’m offering the free e-cookbooks to trick them into some kind of payment or scam. I actually can’t say I blame them, in this day and age where internet scams are a genuine risk.
From my perspective, it’s as simple as this:
I make a living from this website. I have no other source of income, I’m pretty much the opposite of a trust-fund baby. 😂
The income I earn is generated mostly from digital ads which you see displayed on my website. And the amount of ad revenue I earn is predominantly driven by how many people visit my website.
And thus we come to the heart of why I offer free e-cookbooks for people to join my email list – to grow my readership by encouraging new readers and more importantly, as a gesture of appreciation to my current readers. For reading, for trying my recipes, sharing your feedback and thoughts, proofreading (yes you do!), giving me inspiration, for making me laugh and sometimes even making me cry, for sharing my recipes on social media, with your family and friends.
RecipeTin Eats is what it is because of you, and this Asian Takeout eCookbook is just a little thank you gift.
Once you have the links, here’s a Step-by-Step Guide for how to download the recipe books.

]]>A quick, super tasty Sausage pasta made using chopped up Italian sausages that end up looking like mini meatballs, tossed in a tomato pasta sauce. Makes for a quick dinner that’s so tasty, you’ll be making this one again!
And it’s time to choose the next FREE eCookbook!!!
It’s the last Monday of August which means another Monday Meatball Mania* here! I hadn’t planned for this Sausage Pasta to be my meatball recipe for this month….but when I noticed that chopped up sausages end up looking just like mini meatballs, I couldn’t resist.
I mean, what a way to make “meatballs”, right? Just chop up sausages! They might get smeary and messy when you chop them – mine did – but once they’re in the skillet, they firm up and transform into balls.
* Monday Meatball Mania is a “thing” my friend Jo from Jo Cooks and I started at the beginning of 2017 where we each publish a meatball recipe on the last Monday of every month. Why do we do this? a) For our own entertainment; and b) Because we both love ball shaped foods and think there should be more of them in this world.
The sausages are the flavour base of the sauce for this Sausage Pasta, so please don’t get the basic best value sausages from the supermarket! Believe me, I am not a sausage snob. I have been known to hunt down fund raiser sausage sizzles on weekends (it’s for charity I tell myself).
But there is a time and place for different types of sausages and in this particular recipe, it’s important to get a good – or at least decent – sausage. Here’s my tip for good vs cheap sausages not suitable for this recipe: cheap sausages are a uniform pink colour, because the meat has been whizzed up with fillers. Good sausages are will not be a uniform colour – you will see specks of fat and sometimes seasonings.
Nowadays, supermarkets sell really great sausages that are pure meat, no (or very minimal) fillers. My favourite are Italian sausages because I like the flavour, but you can use any good sausages you want.
This Sausage Pasta is a really great quick meal. Get the pasta water boiling, and meanwhile start the sauce. Pop the pasta in the water and while the pasta is cooking, the sauce will simmer away. If you can handle that multi tasking, you’ll get this dinner on the table in just over 15 minutes. You’ve GOT THIS! – Nagi xx
Sausages are a great shortcut way to a quick tasty meal because they’re loaded with extra flavour. Think beyond just cooking them whole – squeeze the meat out and cook it like mince meat!
Bangers and Mash – Sausage with Onion Gravy
Sausage Bake with Potatoes and Gravy – a one pan recipe
Beef and Sausage Ragu – an incredible luxurious pasta sauce
I have 2 free e-cookbooks that I give away to readers who have joined my free email list as a thank you. It’s been 2 years since I made one, so I’ve decided it’s time to make another one – and you get to choose the theme!
UPDATE: Voting now closed, results are in! The next free cookbook is Asian Takeout at Home. To get the free e-cookbook, just join my free absolutely no strings attached email list – see bottom of the post or on the sidebar!
