So fabulous. I followed and it came out perfect. Sauce, not so much but I probably did something wrong. My son has a dairy allergy. Can I use olive oil instead?

Hi Nagi! I love your recipes and I finally got your book! Yay. The roast came out GREAT! But, unfortunately the sauce did not. I made your beef broth and used good red wine, so I don’t know what happened. Probably Operator Error!

Hey I don’t have a skillet but bought a roasting rack cause every recipe said use one not a pan lol but can I still use the roasting rack and put that on the bottom or be better in a pan I will go buy one just asking thanks so much

That was our Easter dinner, over 3kg bone in beef, never have we spent so much money on one piece of beef before but it´s allowed now and again and we have lots of left overs to make a curry later on. Going to look through my new recepi book again now 🙂 x
